Sylvia Park Valet Parking Pop Up Experience

Together with Sylvia Park we’ve been delivering an old school valet pop-up experience to New Zealand’s largest Shopping Centre, designed to drive customers’ appetite for a permanent Valet Parking Service.

To attract as much interest as possible, we imagined a fun and welcoming “True Kiwi Valet Service” Pop Up Experience, the playful and efficient service allowing customers spend their entire visit focused on what they love best. We created an attention-grabbing identity for the service to mirror the playful attitude and service focus.

Customers are guided in to the drop-off zone via themed way-finding signage. The signage was constructed to be highly effective both day and night, using lightboxes and reflective substrates for maximum visibility.

The Valet Parking team provide customers a warm welcome in personalised valet uniforms at Valet HQ – an old school caravan. The caravan is also where returning customers can sit back and enjoy refreshments just when they need them.

Now that’s service!
