We’ve created the design of on-site development hoardings for 3 Te Kehu Way, the latest commercial property at Sylvia Park.
With a narrative and visual language that reflected Kiwi Property’s vision for a connected and flexibility-focused office space, the creative solution strikes the market with a vibrant, energetic and progressive vision of an office building with an unwavering emphasis on sustainability. Definitely Not-another-office-block office block!
The marketing hoardings for the new office building were an opportunity to expand further on the design created in the 3 Te Kehu Way marketing collateral. Branding, typography and photography and tone of voice established within the collateral was echoed with hoardings themselves. However a new opportunity arose: the trees which are to be part of the development’s landscaping, were all in place around the site, allowing us to incorporate these as part of our design as a ‘live’ textural play across the hoardings. The sun casting leafy shadows across the hoardings, visually emphasising this aspect of the development.
The new office development is favourably positioned with the retail precinct of Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, so whilst marketing the new office development we took the opportunity to highlight the wealth of dining options and ease of parking at the Centre whilst development is underway; combining both the retail and commercial focus of Sylvia Park.
