With their multi-million dollar retail development of Sylvia Park Shopping Mall underway, Kiwi Property asked us to work with them in creating a brochure to showcase the expansion for an international leaseholder audience.
To do so, we created an impactful visual language to reflect the world-class retail environment, designed to compliment the narrative outlining the opportunity for leaseholders.
Our ‘Sylvia Park Next Level’ identifier forms a striking internal cover. The full brochure is revealed on opening a bespoke outer folder subtly detailed with the Kiwi Property logo in clear foil.
