Carbon Method CrossFit believe when you are training your body to work at its best, good form is everything. Exercise is how you unlock your body’s potential – and skilled coaching is the key. Delivering personalised, focused coaching, the gym founder’s experience with international-level coaching and competition underpins everything CMC do.
We were asked by Carbon Method to create a brand strategy, brand name, identity, positioning and copy, marketing materials and website to communicate their unique proposition and help establish them in the fitness industry.
The brand name derives from the idea of the chemical element Carbon 6C forming the basis of all living things; it’s atoms form chains that make it stronger when together. Their Coaching focuses on training with superior form is the basis of their unique Method – one which they constantly strive to perfect.
The identity is made up of two key components – the word mark and identifier. Each can be used independently or together, based on the environment or audience.
This simplified typographic form of the identity, allows the brand to sit back and let the rich photographic content come to the fore.
