We partnered with Return Media on creating a Social Lead Generation campaign to help Communicate Media keep their sales team busy during the different levels of lockdown. Communicate Media needed to find a way to engage with prospects and customers with the right message at the right time – and find the right way to augment their ability to physically go out and meet clients face to face.
Approach: Following analysis of the target audience to ensure creatively the content would connect and drive a response, we set to model the Social Advertising ROI target on the business’s existing CPL (cost per lead) and CPA (cost per acquisition). One of the key questions we set out to answer was: Can Social Direct Response be an effective lead generation tool that matches or beats the traditional methods?
Target: Achieve 75 leads per month run rate by the third month of the campaign.
Result: 93 leads, 9 sales and 780% ROI in MONTH ONE.
Outcome: Social acquisition is now a fundamental part of Communicate Media’s lead generation and sales operation well beyond lockdown.
